Things to do
in Belgrade

Start with the city’s essential sights, then slow down for riverside walks, Serbian flavours and neighbourhoods with a character of their own.

Plan your visit

See the city at your own pace.

Belgrade rewards walking. Its historic centre, main pedestrian street and fortress fit naturally into one route, while Vračar and Zemun are best enjoyed as separate neighbourhood trips. Comfortable shoes and a little room for an unplanned coffee are all you need.

If you have 3 hoursRepublic Square → Knez Mihailova → Kalemegdan → the river viewpoint.
If you have one dayAdd Saint Sava Temple and the Nikola Tesla Museum to the Old Town walk.
If you have a weekendSave half a day for Zemun and consider a river cruise or Novi Sad.
